30 weeks pregnant - The count down begins!

We have made it to the final 10 weeks of pregnancy and this makes me really excited! This week Ezra is 15.71 inches, this is the size of a cucumber and he now weighs approx 2.91lbs! He will start gaining weight a lot faster from now on and he can now see! His lungs and digestive system are now fully mature.

Apart from feeling massive, we've had a pretty good week. Ezra is moving around lots, letting me know that he is okay and getting squashed because I constantly have a foot underneath my rib :( I changed my doctors this week to a closer one and I need to go and book my antenatal appointments. I'm pretty sure I should be having a scan soon too? My feet are starting to swell up and due to my bump being so round and all out front, I am really feeling pressure on my back. I have a curve in my spine which makes me slouch, so I seem to get a pain at the top of my bump where I lean forward a lot.

I was kindly send some stretch mark cream from Weleda to try out so I now have a moisturiser to stop my tummy from itching all the time, and I am noticing a lot more stretch marks this pregnancy. My heartburn isn't that bad at the moment, but I am still waking up about 5 times in the night to go to the toilet. Ezra seems to be head down already and quite low so I'm constantly running to the toilet everytime he wriggles his head around.

I wrote up a birth story about Amelia, and I'm really getting anxious about my labor with Ezra - I'm not scared of doing it again, I'm just worried that we will have complications again. Although at the same time I am so excited because I am lucky enough to experience it again!
