34 weeks pregnant - 3 weeks until full term!

At this stage of pregnancy, Ezra is roughly 17.72 inches long (the size of a butternut squash) and he weighs approx 4.73lb! His skin is now smooth where he has filled out with fat and his hearing is now fully developed so he can hear everything that is going on in the outside world. He also now has finger/toe nails, and if he is overdue then they will probably need a trim. In three weeks time we are considered full time, which means it's safe for him to come any time after that even though we still have 6 weeks until our due date!

Apart from being another week closer to Ezra being due, not much has changed. People keep telling me that I'm carrying really low down and that my bump grows by the day, but I just don't feel like he has dropped at all? None of my symptoms are getting better (my breathing, heartburn) but everybody is different. I can fit my hand in between my boobs and the top of my bump and I've had some pressure 'down there' too, so he is definitely low down but I just feel like he could still go lower yet.

We had our appointment at the birthing centre and to be honest everything that we discussed, I already knew. Although we got booked in so now we are going ahead with having a water birth. We also went to the baby and toddler show this week - it was only a quick visit/walk around as we didn't have the money at the time to buy anything but we saw some really cool stuff. Most of it I had already seen online, and seeing it in the flesh just confirmed that I wanted to get it - but Paul was pretty amazed but how technical/modern some of the baby stuff is these days!

I've felt Ezra have hiccups 3 times now, and Amelia had a little feel of it too this time! She always puts her head on my tummy and says that she is listening to him but she never really felt him properly so she was pretty amazed by that. She keeps on asking me if he can come now and we keep having little conversations about when he is born, as we are getting closer now so I'm trying to get her all excited.
