Snow in Surrey

We just had a bit of a mad 20 minutes!! Me and Paul were sat in the kitchen waiting for our dinner, noticing how the sky was slowly getting darker and darker. We were telling each other how the snow would be coming (we expected it to come over night.) Then all of a sudden a heavy hail shower just came out of nowhere and instantly starting settling on the ground. I asked Amelia if she could hear it and we took her to the window outside our front door and everywhere was just white!

5 minutes later the hail turned into snow and we decided to take Amelia out in it as she has never been in the show before. So we put on our wellies and wrapped her up to take her outside. I wasn't sure how she would react to the snow because some children hate it the first time. As soon as we got downstairs she ran straight into the snow all excited with the biggest grin on her face. Paul showed her how to make a snowball and she spent 5 minutes picking up the snow and throwing it around.

I would defiantly say her first time in the snow was a fun experience for her, and although we only had a sprinkle she loved it! Hopefully more falls over night because I can't wait to build her first snowman with her!
