At 25 weeks Ezra is 13.62 inches which is the size of Aubergine and he now weighs 1.46lbs! He can now pick of the sounds of my daily life, and his memory is taking shape too. This means that when he is born he will recognise voices and sounds.
I have still been suffering with pains this last week. They come randomly and last for ages, right at the bottom of my tummy. I'm still certain that it is round ligament pain as it travels down my leg and sometimes in my back too! The pain isn't severe but it's hard to move around when it comes. I have a midwife appointment on Tuesday so I will mention it then.
I've also been suffering with really bad back ache this week, especially first thing in the morning. Maybe it's about time that I get myself a pregnancy pillow. When I'm sat down for too long I start to get a numb bum (my body isn't used to carrying all this extra weight) and I've still got a lot of growing to do!
Something strange but exciting happened too this week (exciting to me anyway) but I was laying in bed on my side and noticed that my nipple was leaking. Hurray for breastmilk!! This excites me because I loved breast feeding Amelia but it didn't go how I planned, and I am so so excited to try again with Ezra. It's nice to know what my body is doing what it should do and that it is preparing itself to feed another human.
I also got the Icandy which I wanted today - due to the price I've had to get it secondhand but I've managed to bag myself a bargain for an amazing pram which is in really good condition. I knew I wanted this pram for Ezra and I'm glad I've stuck with it even though it's pricey because I got it for the same price as an average prices pram. I'll be picking it up sometime this week and I'm so excited to see it in the flesh!
