You are likely to be at the peak of heartburn during this trimester, and I have always found that if I have really bad heartburn, this is best for it! I haven't had it that bad during this pregnancy and normally just drink a little bit of milk to get rid of it but if you are suffering then I really recommend using Gaviscon. - Bio-oil

If you are still working at this stage, or standing for long periods of time - you will notice that gravity will pull baby to the bottom of your tummy and this can be really uncomfortable. Have you started noticing that your nipples are leaking? All of that milk inside wants to come out ready for baby so you may start to notice that you are leaking a little bit.
