Firstly I want to do an update on Amelia as the last time I did was before Ezra was born and she has come such a long way since then. Amelia is almost 4 years old, isn't that crazy? 4 years ago I was pregnant with her and sorting my life out to become a parent.. Now I have been a mother for almost 4 years and I can honestly say them 4 years have been the best of my life!
So Amelia is very clever and I would say she is well advanced, her speech and conversation skills are amazing and she understands pretty much everything. I would say that we have brought Amelia up to be quite independent and that defiantly shows! (We recently found out that she had been making her way into the fridge and biting at the block of cheese hahaha.) She is doing so well at nursery and has lots of friends, she can even recognise the letters from her name and can write half of it too. In two months we find out which school Amelia got into, and then its time for her to proper grow up and have her own school uniform and she will have to make all her friends (which she is great at!)
Amelia is SO good with Ezra and loves playing and giggling with him, although she does love to throw a tantrum when she doesn't get her own way and her worst thing to do is tidying up, which is such a chore because I hate it too!
Now onto Ezra, so he is 8 months old and still only says Dada (when though I'm his favourite he he) he can sit up very well and he now drinks 1 bottle a day! He can roll over both ways but shows no interest in doing so and when we out him on his tummy he just cries.. I think it will be a while before he walks/crawls! He also now has 4 teeth which have come through really easily and I'm SO grateful! Ezra fits into 6-9/9-12 clothes and he absolutely lives wotsits.
As most people know I have breastfed Ezra, which is still going very well at 8.5 months.. He has bitten me a few times though and I now get kicks in the tummy!! I finally found a bottle that Ezra will take and he is managing okay on it now, although we are still struggling to get him to drink extra fluids.. I've had to reduce his daily jars as his seems to have problem pooing and quite often has very dark poo.. I have tried a number of cups and different drinks but he just isn't keen. His hair is starting to go more blonde then ginger now but when I see pictures of Amelia as a baby it's literally like looking at Ezra, they are twins but 3 years apart haha!
Lastly, I just wanted to share an idea that I've had with everyone.. So I've always known that I've wanted to have my own business but sadly I have realised that photography isn't the right career for me. I am very interested in opening my own Instagram shop selling baby clothes, which eventually I will make my own website etc.. And I say this now, but as life is financially, I just don't have the money to start this up just yet.. But in the near future hopefully I will be able too and finally be able to make my own money and do something that I actually enjoy without pushing myself too far. I want to own a house in the middle of nowhere with land for my kids to venture on, and hopefully this will be my starting point towards this.. Obviously with my gorgeous man helping too.. We'll get there one day! :)
Lastly (again) I would just like to add that I have been a parent for 4 years with VERY limited about of time to myself, so if you DON'T have children, or even if you do have children.. Don't feel the need to judge me for my parenting.. If I think my child is ill then I will do something about it, if my kids are winding me up then I HAVE A RIGHT TO MOAN!! I am the main carer of my children and I know what is best and I am defiantly entitle to speak my mind if they are driving me a little big crazy.
(To all you other mums out there you probably all agree with this and if you don't then please feel free to delete me off social media as I can't be bothered with people who feel the need to judge!)
