Is it time we all go natural?

I think it's really important that people are starting to encourage more eco friendly things for each other and for the planet. You might have noticed recently that a lot of celebrities are promoting things like "Fur, I'm out of that" or showing people how to use less plastic, and then we have Beyonce and loads of other celebrities encouraging their fans to go vegan. The world is having an awakening for the better, for humans and animals and all life on Earth. A lot of people think "Oh, but if just I change, it won't make a difference" - but little do you know!!!

**I intended to write this post completely differently, but this is how it came out so I'm going with it - This post is honest and a little brutal. Before you read it I want to be honest with you all by telling you that I'm currently not a vegan myself - but I do want to make the change. I've been saying it for a while now, and I may have a bit of an addiction problem - not because I loooove eating meat, but because it's normal and to me normal is a place of comfort. I'm on a journey, as are we all and the start of any journey is admitting the problem. I'm still researching and learning stuff for myself, I may be ahead of you or I may be behind but it's really important to encourage each other and teach everything we learn.

At the moment - 198 animals are saved each year by EACH person who is vegan. As it currently stands (these animals aren't actually saved - they are wasted) but it will come to the point where companies WILL stop growing so many animals, because they will be at a loss, from spending money on food/water for the cattle, then making no money back from people buying the products. Or even so, animal rescue groups will continue to save their animals, and many more fields and farms will begin to flourish with live again instead of just being empty patches of grass. It also takes 2,400 gallons of water just to make 1 pound of meat. It only takes 25 gallons to make 1 pound of wheat, so clearly it's a huge waste of a massive amount of water.

I think a lot of people who are curious about going vegan, need to take their minds away for a second about the animals, and think about themselves. There are so many benefits from eating fruit and vegetables on a daily. These foods grow with the nutrients, vitamins and energy that our body needs to thrive. Fruit and veg, can look like the part of your body that they are benefiting. Nature has made it so easy for us, but we have no idea where to start when it comes to growing, controlling our eating habits, making medicines etc. Just remember that when you are eating meat, you really are eating a dead animal, that has been tortured to death and, did you know that feelings and emotions can stay in DNA, so technically you are eating the stress that the animal experiences before its death (and by this I mean, being trapped inside a metal cage or hung upside with it's throat slit while it's alive - imagine how you would feel if that was you. Those feelings get trapped in the DNA, you ingest it - you feel stressed.

Fruit and vegetables benefits you in so many way, including things like eyesight to clearer skin, infections, organ problems, bones, mental stability, strength, literally anything you can think of. Your life would be 100% better in most areas if you nourished your body and mind every single day. One thing that always concerns me, is how pretty much every single garden you see is just a lawn. Everybody can grow their own food for free - but they choose to go to a shop and buy a load of fake stuff and we only do this because its what our parents did, what we grew up learning to think this is normal. That is a FACT. If we grew up, and all of our parents grew their own fruit and veg in the garden, we would have learnt growing up how to do it and we would do exactly the same when we moved out and got our own places. It's not our generation that made the world this way, it's not us being brainwashed anymore - people are waking up all over the world and we need to learn how to do these things and teach our knowledge down the future generations. People think gardening and plants are for old people, or boring people but I think most people just haven't been taught or learnt about the connection that we as humans have with nature.

Another major concern with the human health is all the chemicals surrounding us, that are constantly attacking our immune system. I mention a lot about Chemtails and although some people don't believe me - whatever that's your problem! The metals and chemicals that they drop on us, are affecting our brains, our health and our DNA. A tiny robot kind of device called a nano-bot which can get in to your body and allow you to be controlled. There are particles in the air called "Morgellons" which people may remember as a disease. These are live particles that get into you and can completely fill your body, allowing signals to connect with your body, allowing it to be controlled. The fluoride in toothpaste and water that you are told is a must because it benefits your teeth, is also turning one of the most important glands in your body into a stone. I bet most people don't even know what fluoride is, and where it's come from and what it's been used for in the past (if you don't please go look this up).. And don't even get me started on the vaccines.

Just by making tiny changes to your life you can improve things for yourself and people around you. You don't have to go vegan, but just introduce more fruits into your diet. Have a packed full of goodness smoothie for breakfast instead of cereal. Take a piece of fruit to work instead of a chocolate bar. Switch your toothpaste to a charcoal or coconut oil based product. You can even buy fluoride filters for your showers and taps!! Go out into your garden, right now in the cold spring and plant yourself some fruit trees, or strawberries or potatoes. Chuck out your ugg boots or crocodile made expensive handbag and go buy something made from hemp. Every single change, makes a big different. All you got to do is get started!
